Presentation guidelines

Oral presentation:

 

Presentations should be in powerpoint format (16:9), and should be written and presented in English. The time allocated to your presentation would be 15 minutes, and an additional 5 min for Q&A. On your presentation day, please bring along a thumb drive containing your presentation slides.

During your presentation, there will be a printed sign alerting presenters of the remaining time at 3 minutes and 1 minute. Please end your presentation within 15 minutes, any additional time used will be taken out of your 5 minutes of Q&A.

Poster presentation:

 

Posters should be written and presented in English, the posters should be A0 sized in portrait orientation. It should contain the title of your presentation, author(s) name and author(s) affiliation(s). Please have your posters printed and ready to be pinned up.
